Terms of Service
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms define the conditions for using Memorift (the "Service"). Users (those who sign in and use the Service) shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration and Account)
Use of the Service is deemed to constitute registration via sign-in with a Google account. Users shall be responsible for managing their sign-in credentials. Use of the Service by a user is deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not, in using the Service, engage in acts that violate laws or public order and morals, obstruct the operation of the Service, cause disadvantage to other users or third parties, or any other acts that the service provider deems inappropriate.
Article 4 (Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service)
The service provider may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision as necessary. When such changes have a material impact on users, the provider will endeavor to give notice by reasonable means.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided as is. The service provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Service. Except as required by law, the service provider shall not be liable for any damage arising from use of the Service.
Article 6 (Changes to the Terms)
The service provider may change these Terms. Amended Terms take effect when announced on the Service or by other appropriate means. Use of the Service after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.
